Chandler — Less coordination. More curation.
Chandler is the post-booking platform built for travel advisors who organise group cruises. It starts where the booking ends and brings advisor expertise to life across every moment of a sailing — from the first welcome message through disembarkation and the follow-up that keeps clients booking again.
Why advisors built it
Every advisor who organises a multi-cabin sailing knows the problem. The cruise line app handles what happens on the ship. Flights, hotels, transfers, shore excursions, payments, dietary notes, document collection, and late-night questions live in a patchwork of WhatsApp threads, spreadsheets, and emails that only one person can navigate. The work scales linearly with cabins. Margins do not.
What it does
Chandler consolidates the operational layer into one branded experience. Configured around an advisor brand — colours, copy, recommended itineraries, preferred suppliers — every passenger in a sailing sees curated guidance, not a generic interface. Document collection, traveller forms, payment reminders, shore excursion suggestions, and pre-departure communications run automatically. Coordination becomes background work; curation becomes the foreground.
How onboarding works
Chandler is a concierge product. Each advisor is configured directly with the team so the experience matches an existing client journey rather than forcing a new template. There is no self-serve setup. Onboarding takes about two weeks per advisor practice and includes branding, supplier integrations, and a dry run with a sample sailing before the first real group goes live.
Who it is for
Chandler is currently available by application to a small cohort of independent advisors and host agency members who specialise in group cruises and want a premium operational platform. If a practice runs more than a handful of multi-cabin sailings a year, the team would like to hear from them.
